Can y’all please get it together? FINALLY you updated M-TH Google business timing, closing at 8 pm. Checked to come on a Friday, closing at 10 pm according to Google. Certainly you’d stay open later on weekends. Closed by 7:45. It’s not that hard.

I would like the original tart youlgurt to be a bit more sour and have more fruit options (only strawberry and pineapple) as well as it'll be amazing if the fruits would be cut better (they have huge chunks instead of nicely cutter fruits)

There are no issues witht he Yogurts itself. But the employee do not serve your yogurt, nor are the tables clean at all times, and yet they have the audacity to ask for tips when they aren't providing a service besides cashier.

Excellent customer service after we tried to use my grandson's brand new gift card and their computer wouldn't process the entire transaction. The manager and clerk tried to figure it out but couldn't so the owner reached out to me and sent a new gift card. Everyone was so nice it really impressed me. It's hard to find this level of customer service nowadays. Very refreshing! Of course we love their fro yo and great toppings too! Thanks Menchies!!

The Colorado Springs Dublin commons location is so rude. I called because my door dash order was accepted and I wanted to confirm the flavor… first, I was hung up on and when I called back, some kid answered saying they’re going to cancel it because they feel like closing early… even though the dasher was 2 minutes away. Their response to me was mockingly “very sad indeed.” I don’t know if the owner knows this is going on but the customer service here is garbage. I would be horrified as an owner if I knew my employees were answering calls like this. I’m a high school teacher if you want 45 more respectful kids looking for jobs.

Usually pretty good. Drove over here for it to be closed during business hours. Waste of time and gas
