Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Twice we have been here during posted store hours and they have been closed. One time I consider a fluke but twice is ridiculous. Things are hard to staff right now but change your posted hours to not inconvenience customers - unhappy toddlers who expect a special treat make for an extra inconvenience

It’s 8:27. They are closed. Hours say 9pm. Nice staff.

I have been by during “open hours” multiple times and it’s never actually open.

An hour before posted closing time….lights are off. Looks like they’ve been closed for a while.

We were there with 40 minutes to closing. All the chairs were already up. Half the flavors weren’t working. Really no toppings I like that are staples of other yogurt places (condensed milk, cookie dough, mochie) So I got a flavor I didn’t really like and some toppings I don’t really like, and the kid checking us out literally didn’t look up from his phone except to say have a good day when we were leaving. He also wasn’t wearing a company uniform, just a random shirt. Definitely not coming back here lol

Do you not read your own reviews? My last 4 visits ( today is my last) have been bizarre! The “ phone guy” literally hides in the back sometimes for several minutes then appears still looking at his phone non stop. He will check you out grudgingly.. nothing is cared for.. machines are out, toppings missing.. owners must not care… ridiculous for 17 bucks.. bye bye

Yogurt tasted suspect. Out of most toppings. Person showed up to ring me out and was nice but I ended up throwing out my $8 yogurt since it tasted odd & funky.

This place has gone downhill. Cash only due to broken machine, ants on the machines (let the guys know but didn’t care, empty toppings, all the chairs and tables are stacked and can’t use, all the posters and signs are old, can’t use the bathroom, the only worker was on his phone the entire time. I would stay clear of this place.
