Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This is my first time going to Menchie’s in a while and my gf and I always grab a sample spoon to make sure it’s a flavor we like. Apparently they do not do sample spoons anymore. The young kid with black hair working stayed its due to cdc guidelines yet Covid has long been over and they don’t have any guidelines anymore. I then asked him about the rules regulation posted on the wall that stated sample spoons are for paying customers only. He said this was a pre Covid posted. I said well if you don’t offer this anymore then why hasn’t it changed. He said “ it would mess up the paint. Super unprofessional

Horrible service. We asked if they still have sample cups as we had family with us who never had. The girl told us no sample cups, and told us "it's just luck" and proceeded to be extremely rude to my family. She wouldn't even tell me her name so here is her pic.

Shady business practice, told me I had my reward for next time, then when I came in the next time said I could not use it because I had to register on the app. Never happened to me before at other locations when redeeming my reward. You get one star for being cheep and taking advantage of handicap people.

Yummy frozen yogurt. My kiddo loves making her own ice cream then taking 2 bites because she makes it so sweet lol. They also have a big connect 4 outside that she enjoys playing🙂

3/4 of the flavors were not working at the time we visited. The place was poorly lit and the yogurt came out of the machine melted. We ended up with cups full of liquid before we even paid.

Love Menchies all over the country and this one is usually good BUT (1) yogurt on Saturday was very soft/sloppy from almost every machine (between us we tried eight) and (2) wow, has it got expensive! Now 75c/ounce, a big hike. I understand inflation is rampant and energy costs are crazy but this price hike seems steep. Will make me think twice about coming to this Menchie’s in future.

After sending an email out about a discount, I decided I would take the kids. I haven't been here for a few years. When we arrived we, and a lot of other customers, were told the deal was either one that they were not participating in or they weren't going to honor because it was 3pm. Basically, they falsely advertised to get people in the door and that's really dishonest and wrong. They also covered up the price per ounce and charged more than they usually do. One woman asked to talk to the manager and he was really rude to her. He also lied and said they did not email an offer or promotion. After this I will never go back there. The people treated one elderly lady really bad and the whole situation tells me I don't want to give them my business.

Terrible customer service from the owner acting very rude and unprofessional! I asked for a sample like any other location and he refused saying loud NoSir you have to get it and pay for because sample cost money for my business also he said doesn’t matter if you like or don’t that’s not my problem! ……. Terrible service my girlfriend was upset If you are reading my review just go to Delray Beach location different owner great customer service they let you sample and people are so friendly!
