Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I had no idea how the froyo place worked and the workers were super helpful and patient, explaining everything to me. Definitely a must try!

Today is Thursday January 18th and there’s 3 ladies (teens or young adults) who didn’t even say hi and the toppings area was a mess and scale was dirty with yogurt drippings and they were just talking and laughing not paying attention to the customers

I went Sunday afternoon ( January 28th) for some froyo and these two young teen girls checking our froyo out were the sweetest ever. Super mature, fast, and quality customer service by them. It made my experience great!

What's a guy gotta do to get some a/c in here?! Menchie's is typically a good spot. On top of it being hot inside with slightly hotter outside, this location's service is non-existent. There's no sense of cleanliness, and it all just outweighs any sort of good flavors. I'd say hit another spot for your tasty FroYo treat. This is not worth it.
