Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

La empleada del turno preparo una nieve, le paso la lengua luego la coloco en la nevera donde está los que compran los clientes.

The reviews are right, the place is fine but the yogurt itself is not very good. Some flavors have an odd taste and some are almost watered down? Great toppings, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff at this location, but the yogurt is meh.

Arrived at this Menchie’s at 11:25 AM waited five minutes it was supposed to open at 11:30. My little kids and I sat outside in the baking sun for over 10 minutes before we finally gave up and left. If you’re going to be open at 11:30 open up at 11:30 if not change your opening hours. We drove 20 minutes to get to this location. Very disappointing that we had to turn around and leave.

Worst frozen yogurt ever! The chocolate is just like eating something cold that is colored brown. Has no flavor at all! The cookies and cream was disgusting. This stuff is not creamy at all!

I purchase about 8 quarts of frozen yogurt per week from Menchies on Havana, Aurora. The flavor selection is very good-I order the low carb and/or sugar free flavors. The staff is extremely accommodating, with their goal to make it as easy as possible to place and pick up my orders. I can call them in advance to check on flavors, and to let them know when I want to pick up my order. Of particular note are employees Anna and Brianna, both who are very helpful.

We're here on Monday 9/25 at 7 pm. We walk in and the girl is sitting on the ground on her phone. What?! This young lady needs to be retrained. Her lack of customer service and attitude towards my husband and me was enough to make me never want to come here again.

El yogurt es muy rico y por eso me gusta venir aquí... pero ya tengo mas de una semana y media que vengo y aun no reponen el chocolate que se le pone encima ... y es cierto si vienes en las noches ya no encuentras todos los sabores ...deberían revisar ese tema con el encargado ya que uno viene esperando encontrar lo que uno desea y no es así.
