Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

RUN….FAST!!! I WALKED IN LOOKED AROUND WALKED OUT!!! DIRTY,DISGUSTING, NOTHING IS CLEAN! CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS OPEN……

This place is FILTHY. You can feel the grime in the air. Do not come here if you care about cleanliness. Looking at how far back the review complaints mention the filth, I am shocked.

I came in today with my 5 yr old who has ASD. As we were checking out he became upset when I put my cup next to his on the scale. While I was talking to my child getting him to understand what was going on the worker pushed his hands off the scale and said I need to weigh both of them. I instructed him not to touch my child. He said ok. No apology no remorse. There was nobody behind me waiting to be serviced. If you don’t have tolerance for kids don’t work in a kid friendly environment. I need the owner to reach out to me immediately or I will be taking further actions.

Walked in person working behind counter (young white skin but really curly hair)never acknowledged me or my daughter. She was very engaged in conversation with someone & continued conversation entire time...when we got ready to check out she started putting in amounts and I asked do you pull up telephone numbers. Her response yes if you have one....her attitude was so bad and gave the fragrance we are interrupting her.....she never said thank you...yogurt was not right consistency. I didn't enjoy.

I visited this store on a Saturday at 1:00pm with my kids and the restaurant is absolutely filthy. The floors and windows have a chalky film, the counters at the cashier and holding the toppings had old crusted food all over them. If the store looks like this, I can only assume the yogurt machines have never been cleaned either. I hi quotes about the cleanliness with the young teen behind the counter who had his face down in his phone, but he shrugged. Do yourself a favor and go to Jenny’s, Butter & Cream or Brusters.

Filthy. Walked in looked at the machines and walked out. They was disgusting, crud all over the nozzles, looked like they have never been cleaned. Floors, tables, walls, dirty. This used to be a great place. Is there a new owner/manager(?) The older guy in there now doesn’t seem to care or have any pride in the business. Hoping someone will come in and rescue this poor nasty place. Or for everyone’s sake and SAFETY do a DEEP CLEAN!

The stickiness and dirtiness of this place is concerning. If it looks noticeably dirty in the dining and serving area then I am very concerned about the back of house. The facilities and froyo machines do not look maintained, which is concerning for products containing dairy and ready to eat foods in general. Not coming back. Froyo had it moment, and that moment has passed. RIP.

This location was absolutely filthy. No surface was without stains, ice cream or dirt. Tables not cleaned off and floors were so dirty. Toppings looked old and moldy. Will not be back.
