I sent my kids in with my credit card. There's a line on the bill for a tip. A tip! For a self serve yogurt store? So my kids paid nearly $3 to make their own dessert. Oh, and there's no mint yogurt. Mint should be everywhere.

Unfortunately the bad reviews were accurate. The place is not clean.

Had a great yogurt experience today at Menchie’s. Love the flavor options and toppings. I will be back.

I like the variety of flavors and toppings.

My daughter and I are regulars here. I like the variety of flavors and the changing no sugar added or carb-balanced flavors. She likes all the toppings. All the staff we have met are almost always friendly and helpful.

First time visit. I left without ordering anything. I may have went on the wrong day, but it was really filthy. Strawberries and toppings all over the floor, the self-service topping bar was really messy and quite disgusting, and the machines were also very yucky. I was quite surprised at the condition during these Covid times. It was only one (unmasked) employee working in there so maybe it is not in his job description to clean up, but it was absolutely unacceptable. I was grossed out to be honest. I was also embarrassed because I invited my friend out for some frozen yogurt.

The frozen yogurt is ok. Not the best I’ve had. This location is always running out of options when we go but they always have their toppings section full. I would go every once in a while but I don’t crave it often. This location is not as clean as expected. Only one employee was working at the time I went.

Workers weren’t up front for me to be greeted … machines were DIRTY❗️ and very limiting on flavors😕 … as well as the counter tops and tables . Toppings were spilled everywhere just overall unsanitary …. Very disappointed

Came in today and it was FILTHY as if the machines hadn't been cleaned in Months should be ashamed of themselves
