This location is ridiculous. Half of the flavors never work. Went in at 8:15, they don't close until 9, and they already had half of the machined closed and cleaned.

We went in at 8:30 when they close at 9. The lady mopping the floor gave us the stink eye as we walked in. They had like 3 flavor options and they had already put up the tables and chairs and mopped the floor, so we couldn’t sit down. After eating in our car, I went to go throw our bowls away and the place had closed. Workers out, lights off, door locked. 8:45. So much for closing at 9! Incredibly disappointed in that experience.

3 machine flavors were down, no flavor dividers, old fruit toppings, and weird smell in building.

The yogurt is always so yummy and everyone is so nice

Hadn't been here before and the lady at the counter was helpful to explain it. Tried the coffee flavor and it was pretty good! Sat down for a few minutes to enjoy it. I am glad I stopped in to try it.

I’ve never eaten a vegetable before. I came here hoping to try one. Unfortunately, this is not a vegetable store.

Chick was filming us with her phone coming in. Thats was rude. After we got our icecream a guy I assume her boyfriend or a worker who knows was sitting on the counter where the toppings are if I knew butts were on there I would've left. The oreo icecream was completely out so my sister did the twist option... and they had it matched with tart!!???

Very disappointed with our experience. Walked in and it appeared that no one was working. Once I said to my husband, is anyone even working, a girl got up from a table she was sitting at with her boyfriend? It’s was not anywhere near closing time and the topping selection was nearly depleted. Asked the employee if the toppings could be replenished… the ‘boyfriend’ sitting at the table near us laughed. The employee was irritated with us but did replenish the toppings. It has been a few years since we have gone to Menchie’s and will never return!!

Really nice place, clean , quiet and awesome flavors. They have the best flavors ☺️
