Waited 20 minutes for this hockey puck. They were out of ketchup, mayo, and napkins. The restaurant was dirty, piles of food bin, half-open bread bag and for all to see without a care in the world. $50 down the drain.

After a long wait they brought our food but drinks and sauces were missing, then we requested missing items, they still gave us less sauces than what we ordered, and warm Cokes. I liked the food but I would never go back because of the service.

That picture of the lady holding the grilled cheese here in the google maps search is a horrible lie. At least my grilled cheese had a crispy outside as they should, though a sad amount of cheese. My partners, on the other hand, had all my negatives plus a soggy, soft, lack of a crust. The worse was what appeared to be a layer of the saltiest... I don't know what, spread across the outside of the bread. Which I can guess is what lent to the soggyness. Second time here and my last. The first with my daughter was quite satisfying. But these were inexcusable.

The food is yummy and well priced but the staff can be incompetent at times. It took them numerous tries to figure out the register and forgot the dressing for my salad after I had waited 20 minutes to get it. They were kind and remedied the situation but waiting 30 minutes to get a salad is a long time.

I visited the melt shop on 8/3. I ordered 3 items online and went to the mall to pick it up . After I got home I realized one of the items from my order was missing. I called the store and explained the situation to this male employee and was met with hostility. He kept implying that we did receive the missing item, when we did not. I asked for a refund for the missing order and he said “ nah we can’t do that.” His female coworker got on the phone and took down my name and number and said the regional manger would give me a call to sort the situation out. It’s been a week and I have yet to receive a call. To make matters worse when I ate one of the items I did receive, I found a piece of hair in the sandwich. Stay away from this place!! The customer service is terrible and the food prep needs work.

Food was mediocre at best. Took way to long to come out and our fries were cold!

Service is almost impossibly slow. The entire process of ordering a single chicken sandwich and having it delivered takes over 40 minutes during lunchtime. Employees stand around looking at each other. Forget it. Food is fine but not worth the wait.
