I really cannot understand how the owner (or manager?) of the bar could not get his phone number straight with multiple police officers from various jurisdictions, nor with the front office manager at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade.  Why was he so combative?

Parking: they have parking meters but you don't have to put money in them

They were getting a bunch of leed calls when I was there. The guy was on the phone with the Cleveland police officer.  He told me about the crazy calls he was getting.  Very interesting experience!

Great food staff are always friendly and fun

Great little bar we went for lunch while we were in town for work and will definitely keep them in mind when we are back
