It was a really fun time.

Honestly the atmosphere and vibe is there. But the service charge was too much our bill racked up to $380?!(Food is quite expensive but decent)They didn't serve us any water or asked us what to order about 30min after being there. The promotion $149 for 3hrs for the large rm is actually quite a deal for +7 people normally it's $70ish per hour. Just moral of the story. Eat and pregame somewhere else ahead of time split the bill between your party save you from a large bill.

As I rated the service was only made better thanks to the nice young man that helped us. We ordered no food but what I can tell you is the peice is fair for 8 people (we were two). At the very least $45, 18% gratuities and taxes, which would come to about $58. The song choices are good if you are into rock they have some oldies and just main bands like Avril Lavigne, My Chemical Romance, Paramore, and a more popular artist like them. They have Japanese songs and for sure early 2000’s bops. Overall good experience, just a heads up if they say time is up you can finish the song wish we were told before. (but now we know). The hour starts at check-in (when you get the room. Including the time it takes to explain how it works). A Decent pass time.

There is a service charge that is near equal to the tip amount! It was unclear so we ended up tipping on top of this service charge, which was way too much. Drink options used to be better. Also only iPhones can be used to control songs (that was another change). My Samsung friends had to rely on us for their music selections. I preferred using the touch screen in the room to my phone.

The facilities were nice and it was a cool atmosphere. My 1 star rating is due to the rip off and scheming charges you will have on your receipt. Service charge of $18 for? No food or drinks were served to us. Tip of $28 for? In no way was asked if I'll like to tip, it was simply automatically charge with no question. That's almost $50 added charge with no reasoning nor was it previously stated anyway. Again the establishment is nice but making up charges simply isn't right.

Karaoke audio worked great and good selection of songs. The karaoke user interface is all in Chinese but the host gave us enough instructions to figure it out. English songs and artists display in English. We had lots of fun. But my one gripe is that they automatically charge 18% above their price and call it a mandatory tip. But it isn't a tip on the receipt, just an extra charge, no matter how poor, or good, the service was. Seems like the owner is just overcharging and calling it a tip.

The concept of this place is amazing! It's obviously Asian owned and the idea has come from there because most people know karaoke is a big deal in Asian and pacific islander countries . The vibe was nice and though the menu is primarily Asian based it was simple enough to figure it out and make song selections. The only downside is that it's expensive especially if you have a large party (18+). Also, if you're an alcohol consumer their prices are entertainment high (club prices). Overall you'll have a great time even after spending $1,000 Parking: This is a busy area overall (located on Convoy) so parking is scarce depending on the time of day or season that you choose to go.
