Mellow Mushroom Owensboro

Tried the bruschetta and pretzel bites with spicy cheese for appetizers, and ordered the sausagefest calzone for the main course. Everything was absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar, and the servers were very friendly as well. Recommended!

Excellent service, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the Marley and mui wowi. The decor was incredible! There is no on-site parking as it's downtown on the strip, but we had no issue finding parking close by.

Waitress was having a bad day.

We've eaten here several times and while the food is very good, the service is only fair, in large part because the wait time between ordering and being served is much longer than it should be. Last night we waited well over an hour, after being seated and placing our order. The young waiter apologized profusely two or three times, Unfortunately, this was not a isolated incident, as it is like this all the time. I don't know if the restaurant lacks kitchen help or sufficient oven space, but we will only do delivery in the future.
