Busy, but with available tables.. Waited more than 15 minutes to be seated at a table that was available when we walked in. Pizza was over cooked with some toppings burnt. Some staff members seemed completely indifferent to having customers.

Each Mellow Mushroom is so unique from their interior design, artwork and customer local pizza. The food was amazing and there is plenty of beer on tap! The service was quick and friendly! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza, calzones and appetizers are available. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and a very stimulating vibrant interior.

The MM is nice and themed as all MM are with a bit of local decor. Staff is good, food is standard MM fare, and prepared in standard MM quality/fashion. And that's really the issue here. Downtown is special, and this place just isn't. Glad they employ folks, but I'd rather see 2 local places in the massive footprint this place uses.. and with no place to wait, you are stuck outside in the weather if they can't seat you immediately. So, if you want eats--they got eats. You want something local--go someplace else.

I can't remember the waitresses name but she was very friendly and genuine. She made the visit even better than it was

We decided to dine in. Our wonderful server Sara was so helpful and so sweet will 100% come here again!
