First off I want to say this restaurant is always amazing and get a 5 hands down. Tonight, the place had a strong bleach smell ( love the clean, but too strong to smell while eating). The food was cold and not seasoned like normal. Potatoes were extremely small and no seasoning on top like normal (could give extra when they are this small and they forgot the bread. This visit was a 1 for sure. Also, the employee was picking up the rugs at 8 pm and was kinda gross to watch while eating. The reason I am writing the review is for management to see, this is not the norm and don’t want it to be the norm as we frequent here a lot.

My boyfriend and I went in around 11:20am for the lunch special. I ordered shrimp and scallops with pasta, with a bowl of clam chowder, and he ordered the shrimp and rice. With a side salad. He only got his side salad. If the girl who was working there would have gotten her nose out of her phone for a split second she would have gotten the order right. She barely said anything to us while taking our order she was extremely unapproachable. I will NEVER go back there. The food was also terrible I ate the shrimp and scallops out of my dish and threw the rest away. Disgusting. C’mon Viera.. I would expect better for such a nice area.

Lady was rude on the phone told me she could not take my wife’s order over the phone they were to busy. I called back she was willing to take my order could not tell me how long it would take only that the lobby was full, then I could not place an order for a set time hour ahead to be sure Was ready when I arrived to pick up because that was not easy for her. What a joke.

Stopped here wanting a seafood boil. I had the shrimp and snow crab and my husband had the lobster and shrimp. Although the butter in our dishes was flavorful, it was just to over powering. It made eating my crab legs a buttery mess. And the meat in the legs was almost non existent. The lobster was good but again to much butter. The potatoes and corn were yummy as were the shrimp. But be aware that this is an order at the counter or online kind of place and then you are on your own.
