We love getting coffees at Cafe Mielle! They have a beautiful space, it’s open with lots of light, plenty of seating, great service, super nice people and great coffee. We tried the Japanese drip coffee and loved it. It’s really smooth. Thank you, Jocelyn! Parking: Free on Sunday, a big lot behind the building so really easy and safe.

Absolutely my new favorite coffee shop in Metro Detroit area! Meillie offers all kinds of unique coffee drinks from around the world. Meillie’s menu looks so interesting I want to try them all. So far, everything I tried has been excellent. Kyoto cold brew is my absolute favorite. It is so smooth and crisp at the same time. Every sip is perfectly bold yet subtly sweet. I also love London Fog and Viennese Einspanner too. I look forward to going back and trying many more unique international flavors Meillie offers. I highly recommend this place!

Good music, completely unique menu from the usual coffee shop. The bathroom. Was even refreshing to walk into. If you don’t come you are seriously missing out on a potential new favorite coffee shop. Parking: On the back side but plenty of parking. Leaves the windows of the building positioned for a good view of the road.

I tried the Brazilian Style Latte. A dark roast with heavy cream. A perfect blend of strong and sweet. It was delicious! She also insisted I try the Moroccan Coffee. A seven spice blend. I loved it. It's like traveling the coffee world right at home! A new favorite that just opened this past Sunday August 13, 2023! Be sure to visit! #findgoodcoffee

Coffee is absolutely fantastic - had the Kyoto Cold Brew and have fallen in love. Deciding if I need to buy my own brewer now. Will definitely be back!

In addition to delicious coffee brewed in a coffee maker that was hand-made in the Netherlands, this coffee shop offers brewing techniques from around the world, e.g. Kyoto Cold Brew. The coffee-loving owner has worked in numerous countries on several continents and is bringing the best of her coffee experiences to this new shop in Ferndale. Had the Moroccan Coffee: Excellent! Worth the trip.

Wow!! What a great little spot for a coffee shop in the heart of Ferndale. This is not just any coffee shop either! It's full of global flavors. They accommodated a small group business gathering for us. This was a great spot for that as there is plenty of seating. I enjoyed a "Brazilian Style Latte" with rich dark chocolate and a chantilly cream with a hint of cinnamon. DELISH!!! The owner brought out some samples and treats for us to try. I'll be back!!
