This one is my favorite Meijer store. Always nice and clean.
I used to love this Meijer. I still shop here, but I am very cautious now of the produce. A lot of shelves were bare last week when I went to grab some vegetables. This is what I saw, gross slimy shelves that the produce was sitting in! Also dirt & stagnant water with some plugged up holes that were supposed to be clean so the water could run thru and out when the sprayers above come on, which now in hind sight I should of checked those as well for possible dirt / mold ? I passed on the veggies when I took pictures of just 3 shelves. I hope they clean them better when they re stock the produce. Having inventory each month. they should have seen this. My fruit & veggies have been molding faster or going bad, so maybe this is why ? Due to unclean areas. I did take a survey asking for someone to email mail me back when the survey asked if I wanted to be contacted regarding this issue. I said yes, and still no email. March 15th. Be aware & keep your eyes peeled when buying produce for sure. Other than that, the employees are always friendly and helpful & the store seemed well stocked. Please clean your produce area shelves there, especially the fresh greens, because I will be back to check on this & hope to see improvement.
I'm really over Meijer and how trashy the business has become. While I'm happy the family has a reported new worth around 15 billion dollars, is enough ever enough? You can stop nickel and diming me anytime now. MPerks is trash and I love how your trashy white bags are stuck in the trees at your store. I've been shopping more at Aldi and it's much better for many reasons.
They are closed all night and yet they finish the floor while they are open. Large areas of the store are closed off during regular hours.
Very nice store with great selection. Love the varities of meats and cheeses. The bakery does a great job too!
Meat selections are usually lacking and produce can be a bit past its prime
