Food quality varies a lot.
Was excited to give this place a try, esp given all the high reviews. Maybe I went at the wrong time.. they’re renovating the bottom floor for Art Basel.. and also halfway through a $4m remodel.. which means their menu is also in flux.. Went in for a late lunch and was pretty underwhelmed :/ Surprisingly good however, were the empanadas.. worth trying those Got the filet of snapper (bit undercooked, dry) Truffle fries came out cold Upside was our server Nelson did an outstanding job looking after us. Was very attentive and kept checking in on us which made the experience a bit better
Staying here at the Balfour and decided to have breakfast. One of the best eggs Benedict ever had! Really enjoyed breakfast and will do it again!
The palomas and margaritas were excellent. We had great service and the atmosphere was perfect. We ordered the nutella creme brulee which was rich and tasty.
Food was tasty and fresh, service was good. But overpriced for the extra crab at 9.00$ that was sprinkled on top as you can see from the pic.
