I was picking up a order and they didn’t let me use the bathroom that’s a little weird April 15 8:45pm

Came for a glass of wine while waiting for my husband, they gave me their special summer dish on the house (which was so kind) and boy was as it amazing and loaded with flavor yet balanced!! I’ll be back for sure. This is a new go-to!!

I would like to say that I have been to every Indian restaurant in Denver and Mehak is by far the best. The big difference is the quality of ingredients they use. They have Grade A protein. When you add the great food with fantastic customer service it is very hard to beat. Shout out to my man Keith! I swear to god he works everyday and always provides top shelf customer service which I believe is hard to find these days! Go to Mehak you will not be disappointed!

My sister & I attended here for the first time & was extremely disappointed. We came in at 10:00pm and were immediately rushed even though the website stated they closed at 11:00pm. Despite the inconvenience we still decided to eat here, which followed with pure regret. Listen I’m a huge fan of Indian food and am willing to spend a significant amount on merely enjoying standard quality food. Unfortunately this restaurant could not meet basic standards, the quality was significantly low.

This was the worst Denver dining experience we have ever had. We went with friends for Restaurant Week. We thought we were going to be given a Restaurant Week menu when we arrived, but were told we could just order an appetizer, entree and dessert from the menu ($35 each were the announced Restaurant Week prices-but this did NOT end up being what we were charged). After we ordered drinks, we ordered 4 appetizers. All 4 came to the table timed very far apart. We waited at least 45 min from when 1st to last appetizer arrived. They also brought out an appetizer we had not ordered- we sent it back. After we had left the restaurant, I realized we had been charged for the appetizer we sent back (as well as a chutney which we HAD ordered, but never received). 2 of us ordered Dahl Soup. There were absolutely no lentils in this soup, just broth. Very strange. The entrees and desserts were just "OK", nothing at all to write home about. And when we ordered one entree as spicy, it did not come out of the kitchen as spicy. It was mild at best. We ended up sitting in that restaurant for over 3 hrs because the service was so very poor. Water glasses were never filled, dirty dishes were not taken away. And then the bill was incorrect. Our waitress did not seem to understand the billing AT ALL, so I gave up and decided to get it cleared up later. A few days later I emailed the restaurant. After at least 3 emails, they agreed to give us a very tiny refund of $16 (it did not even cover the cost of items we were charged for, but never received). This was an EXTREMELY frustrating experience. We spent well over $200 for the 4 of us. I expected WAY better food, service and ambience (the place is brightly lit and loud when there are a lot of people there). Our friends traveled from Boulder County to meet us here, and I felt badly that the meal experience was so poor. Run, don't walk, away from this restaurant. There are MUCH better choices in Denver.

I have gotten takeout from Mehak many many times and dined in the restaurant and it is always excellent.

I been here for dinner here. Hospitality and taste of food is awesome. However, the biryani taste was disappointed. Mutton chops, Lassi, samosa, and butter chicken with Naan are awesome.

Sich ein Hauptgericht zu teilen für 2 Personen und eine Vorspeise zu haben sollte an Menge ausreichen. Wenn man keine Vorspeise wählt, dann eher zwei Hauptgerichte. Der Reis ist sehr gut, das Lamm Pasanda war sehr sehr gut!!! Man kann von der Schärfe wählen zwischen 1 und 5. Für uns war Schärfe 2 völlig ausreichend!! Es war ein tolles Ambiente und sehr stilvoll im Restaurant.

Aside from one dine-in lunch, I get Mehak delivered for dinner. I’ve tried probably 7 Indian spots in Denver now and I find that Mehak is definitely one of the best. My only critique is that the rice (which is not included with the entree, it’s an additional cost) is hardly ever packed to the top of the container so I end up feel a little gipped especially considering it’s not inclusive like most Indian restaurants in town. But, it’s always delicious for me!
