Has bug on its food and no apologies at all
Understaffed and mismanaged. The touch screens are not very responsive. I ordered a drink and I called 20mins later to check on it's status - they said it wasn't ready and it would take another 20 minutes. I came in to request a refund and saw my drink was only behind 2 other drinks - how can that take so long? Ultimately it's not worth the wait.
Waited more than half an hour for one item and they told me they need 10 more mins
I ordered the hot tofu pudding with potaro balls. The portion of the dessert is very underwhelming. It was mostly a bowl of tofu flavor water.
ordered pickup half an hour before and still wait another half an hour in store to get the item WHILE the store is almost completely empty and fully stuffed.
I just wanted to provide some feedback regarding your shop. My wife ordered one drink, oolong milk tea with caramel pudding, and the order was initiated at 4:35pm on 11/25/2023. I went to check the order at 5:09pm, and it was still not ready. Initially it was only three workers in the back, and then two girls came in around 4:45pm. This was our first time visiting this store, and it will be our last. There were easily 7-10 other customers waiting for their orders as well. This was truly a disappointing experience. The order finally came out at 5:11pm. I asked my wife if it was worth the 30 minutes wait, when she tried the drink. It was not worth it.
I ordered ube egg waffle and hubby ordered soft serve with mini taro balls and jelly. First all, the waffle was soggy and not much of an ube taste. The soft serve was just ok. The most annoying is the guy who handled our order made the waffle and left it on the countertop but forgot about the soft serve. Then he moved on making the next order which has four desserts and completely ignored our order noticing we were waiting. Instead of checking on us to provide the service we deserved, he went to the back kitchen as if he didn’t see us. Hubby had to ask another person whom came out from the kitchen about our order. I mean if you called that service, I might as well climb over the counter and make the dessert myself.
Food was disappointing... they need to shape up or deserve to be put out of business.
