It is a disgrace that what they serve looks nothing like what they show on the menu.

I ordered two drinks but it took too long, so I went to check, but there was only one slow worker making the drinks. I checked again later but there were 5 more workers so I waited more. I waited 45 minutes, but my drink still hadn’t been made, so I got a refund. And when I got a refund they told me that there wasn’t any boba. Never coming here again.

Self order machines weren’t ready when the store was already open. Both machines were showing windows interfaces. I managed to get one of them to the ordering app but at the end of the checkout step, it told me the POS machine wasn’t connected so I couldn’t use my credit cards. Then I tried to use their in-app gift cards, which I had to top up on the spot, only to be told by the machine that the card scanning failed as well. Everybody in the store were busy preparing stuff and nobody was at the register. I had to order from the mobile app which was also a terrible experience. Please don’t open your store if it’s not ready.

Zero star! We had wait for our order almost one hour and half, got a text saying my order is ready. When we get there they said it was the wrong order. Had to wait another 30mins.Very rude staff no apologies.

Waited 50 mins for my order. The desert wasn’t even very good to be honest. Also they didn’t have soft serv ice cream available to order through the automated machine even though it is on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other two nearly ice cream places round the corner.

Weekend busy hour a cashier not open for order. Only yourself order on computer, but the line was so long. Only have one yourself Order. 👎👎👎

Love the environment and the vibe. Will come back

I ordered a Mini TB Tofu with red beans. But they didn’t put the red beans in it. Since this is a pick up order, I couldn’t find the problem until I got home. I tried calling them but no people answered the phone and I couldn’t do anything except post it here.

Really hate the online order system. Also, the shaved ice is sub par.
