Gotta say, the presentation for this dessert is on point! Looks exactly like the picture. It's a very soft and sweet dish, but not too sweet. The mochi sticks are extremely soft and delicious, they taste just like boba but better. The pudding is soft and a bit like flan, and the boba it's served with pairs perfectly with it. A very nice dessert to share, or have by yourself! It's ranked 14th of 15 on their list, and it's called the, "Q Mochi & Caramel Pudding Combo" for a solid $6.00.

Food came out fast, not busy, and tastes good.

If I could, I would give this negative stars. Came in around 8pm, and it was only 2 customers in the store. I walked up to the counter and the lady just straight up ignored me, and doing whatever she was doing, acting like i wasn’t even even there. Finally, she asked what’s my order and I was standing where the sign says “order here” and while I was giving my order, she cuts me off and says “come here” so I walked up the “pick up” sign, and she goes “say again”. At this point, I was already tired of this interaction, and continued ordering my food so I can get out as quickly as possible, and she cuts me off again while I was ordering and she repeated the wrong order back to me. When it was time to pickup my order, she literally threw my order on the counter and didn’t even say anything. It was a very poor customer service training and disappointing experience. Once I got home, I was very excited to open my bag and have some tofu pudding with taro balls, but undoubtably she got my order wrong… I drove 40mins to get meet fresh and bad service and the incorrect order is very disheartening.

Love this place would be nice to see more smiles from the staff but only thing like it here in Arizona it is wonderful to have it will definitely be returning to support business

OVERPRICED! I Had the medium mango shaved ice and it cost me $14 bucks! It was canned mango, some shaved ice, and ice cream or something. Ridiculous.

The drinks are better than RaphaTea. Real authentic Taiwanese boba, milk tea & desserts.

I highly recommend this shop, I tried their shaved ice and I can describe it as layers of flavor. It reminded me when I was in Singapore and I tried something similar it brought back really good memories.

We arrive around 8p and they didn't want to serve us just tea only....came in with my family and never coming at all... here it's my first time
