I would come here for the occasional breakfast sandwich so I knew that there would be a language barrier with some of the staff. That's not the problem, never has been. What I take issue with, and this is with any establishment, is being blatantly ignored. While you may not be able to say something (although it's 2024, we have technology for that), you certainly can see. Not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 people behind the counter and I'm waiting 10 mins with no acknowledgement? Walking around me like I wasn't there? Really? Finally one girl says, "the line starts over there" (you all need to get a sign for that. I already knew but other people didn't). I said I was there for a pick up order (need a sign for that, too). She had no problem asking for and understanding my name so the only thing I can conclude is that, today anyway, I just wasn't the right shade of gray. Had I not placed the order online, I would have just walked out. To add injury to insult, the sandwich tasted suspect and left me nauseous for hours. I tried a different sandwich last time I was there and it wasn't up to par as well. Apparently, they've gotten so big that they've started falling off. Doesn't matter; I won't be coming back.
Placed an online order, but when I got to the place, the cashier Laura said it was not on their system and told me to call my bank to het help. I did not got my food and now disputing the charges with my bank. Bad experience ordering online. Update 02/24 : the money was refunded, couple days later. Thank you
