(*regarding to your comment on my review I have to add that here is an other thing from you*we did not eat those Baklava at all* please be honest *) I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my friends and I had at your establishment earlier today. While enjoying breakfast with two friends, we decided to indulge in some Turkish coffee and a portion of Baklava. Unfortunately, one of the Baklava pieces we received had a noticeably sour taste. Upon informing the staff and requesting a replacement, we were taken aback by the unprofessional manner in which our concern was addressed. Instead of acknowledging our feedback with empathy and professionalism, the owner approached our table after a significant delay with one piece of Baklava and proceeded to accuse us of dishonesty. This approach not only undermined our dining experience but also left us feeling disrespected as customers. We understand that mistakes can happen in any establishment, but it is the response to such incidents that truly reflects the level of customer service. Being accused of falsehood and having our concerns dismissed without proper investigation is not the standard of service we expect from a reputable restaurant. We believe that constructive feedback should be welcomed and addressed with professionalism and courtesy. In this instance, we felt unheard and disrespected, which greatly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. We sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and implement measures to ensure that future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Due to what I experienced today, I would never go back there again. To the owner: a 4 or 5 dollar Baklava did not worth it to behave like that.

I recently visited this place for breakfast with a group of four, and I must say, I was quite taken aback by their pricing structure. For two people, the cost was $60, which seemed reasonable at first. However, when our group of four ordered, the price doubled to $120 before tax, but the portion size for the hot platters remained the same as what two people would receive. This pricing strategy does not make sense and feels quite unfair. I hope the restaurant reconsiders its pricing policy to provide better value for groups.
