As much as I love going to Thai Town to eat some good Thai food, I’ve always thought that Ktown needed their very own spot. Meat on Rice has made a grand entrance, serving fresh made-to-order Thai dishes in the heart of Ktown! TLDR: Every single dish was delicious, packed with so much flavor, and arrived steaming hot! PORK HOCK RICE First time trying pork hock in Thai food, & I’m so glad it was from Meat on Rice! You get gelatinous & tender meat in every bite, and the flavor is so deep and savory. It also comes with a side of broth that you pour over the rice! HAINANESE CHICKEN I love Thai poached chicken because the meat is tender & packed with so much flavor, yet the dish overall is healthy! I love that the chicken broth that comes with this dish is light and not overly salty. Don’t forget to dip your chicken in all 3 sauces! STIR FRIED GROUND BASIL CHICKEN This ground chicken is well seasoned with savory sauces, spices, and Thai basil, such a comforting meal! I love that it also comes with a fried egg to eat with the chicken & rice. FRIED CHICKEN SKINS Crispy, light & savory… it’s like eating chips but 10x better because of all the seasoning and airy crispy texture. Pairs so well with sweet chili sauce sauce! MANGO STICKY RICE Classic Thai dessert that you can never go wrong with. I noticed that the coconut milk drizzle was salty, they might have accidentally used salt instead of sugar? Mango was fresh & rice was perfectly sweetened and sticky. THAI TEA A meal is not complete without Thai Tea! The drink arrived with perfectly clean layers, not too sweet & strong tea taste, loved it! Keep in mind that Meat on Rice operates out of a ghost kitchen, so they’re only available for delivery & pickup. You can order them on your favorite food delivery app!

AMAZING FOOD!! All their dishes and the sushi is amazing. But please add like a extra/double meat kind of option for your rice plates. I’ll pay you all the moneys for it

They have the most tasty food here. I guarantee you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I ordered through Doordash and was pleasantly surprised!! The Hainan chicken was still warm, rice was warm, and not like how delivery food usually arrives. The sauces are delicious, especially the spicy one and the ginger one! It even came with a side of wintermelon soup. I would add the option on Doordash to add extra protein but otherwise, a happy customer!

LOVED MEAT ON RICE! Food was delicious, definitely a repeat customer! Amazing tasty Thai food, sometimes with so many places they aren’t that good. MEAT ON RICE-definitely should try it out if you haven’t!
