I have not been out to eat much in the last few years. While visiting Bradenton from Jacksonville, we were lucky to find Dean's. The food was delicious, fresh, and original. The ambience and service were exceptional.Thank you for a very special experience!

Had the chicken and cheese grits ..fantastic!! I ate half so I could save room for their Crunchy peanut butter pie..so wonderful and quite a generous slice. Our waitress was very nice and helpful in telling us about the specials. This was a first time visit, but definitely going back

Amazing food, large portion sizes. If you are looking for a great spot for lunch, this is the place to come. I recommend their chicken basil Dijon and Brie bacon burger. Delicious!

The name says it all. We wanted the Alligator Chowder. Unfortunately, the cook said it was simmering and wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. We are planning to return

First time diner. Georgia, our waitress, was awesome and did a great job explaining the New Orleans specials. Jambalaya had just enough of a spicy kick without being overpowering. Nashville chicken and grits was so crunchy and moist with yummy creamy grits. Special dessert, bananas foster was the perfect end to a great dining experience. Can’t wait to return!

Valentine’s dinner at mean deans was excellent! Service was exquisite! The waitress was friendly, informative and fast. We enjoyed everything fried green tomatoes, heart of hearts salad, french onion soup, chicken oscar, grand marnier chocolate covered strawberries! Everything tasted homemade and fresh! Cant wait to to back!

I got the lobster lasagna. I was expecting red sauce but it was more like a rose sauce. It was still good and their spinach dip was good too. No cocktails here though, just beer and wine. Our server Sara was great!

The food is awesome and the staff is always friendly and fun to be around. A great place to eat!

Went there for lunch. Had to go as my name is Dean as well. I've been called Mean Dean.lol. I would recommend you stop by and try this place. You will not be disappointed
