During my recent visit to McDonald's, I encountered an issue with my order. Raman, the drive-through worker, mistakenly charged me for someone else's order. When I informed her about the mistake, her response was rather impolite. She stated, "That's why we repeat the order." While I understand that errors can occur, it is crucial to handle them with professionalism and courtesy. I kindly explained that I did not hear my order being repeated, emphasizing that I had no issue with the mistake itself. However, Raman continued to be disrespectful. I found their behavior to be quite rude and it really put a damper on my visit. I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved by another employee, and I received a refund. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, Raman fell short in that department. It's important for employees to treat customers with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.
