Not only is this place absolutely disgusting and filthy, but it reflects on the management structure of this location. They support Israel and the current genocide happening, go figure. I'm about ready to get a chipotle here, or a chic fila. This place is just disgusting all around and honestly it's not even good food for the community. At least Wendy's is justified in their prices and less than 3 min drive. I'm all for this location being shut down permanently.

Service was quick. Food was good. Their bathrooms are amazing (for it to be a McDonald’s). They have Dyson Airblade hand dryers!

***update*** This location is still a joke. When Bonnie the store manager was here, this location was amazing. Awilda the manager does not represent the McDonald's brand at all. Her poor customer service and attitude towards customers is ridiculous. Our son's fries from his happy meal had like 6 fries in the box. With attitude she went and got another box and told us with attitude that the fries are weighed and the kids get 1 once of fries. I tried to ask her if they take into account the weight of the box and also if we could have our other missing items. She started arguing and I told her I wanted the gm's name and that just further pissed her off. I went home and took pictures of what we were served and to show there was no fries fell out to the bottom of the happy meal. I also weighed the box and the fries. This place has gone down hill over the years. Lobby was dirty, employees including mangers ignored the counter, several customers just standing there waiting to be helped. I stood at the counter for ten minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting for. I told him I was picking up my mobile order that said ready 15 minutes before that. Female Spanish manager just kept joking around with an employee and seemed annoyed that we were standing at the counter. She kept her back to us the whole time and just ignored us. No ice in the lobby drink machines. Fries were the only thing fresh but were loaded with salt. Burgers had no cheese and nuggets were hard

I recently visited McDonald's drive-thru and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The burger I received was severely undercooked, which was not only unappetizing but also a concerning issue in food safety. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning the quality control in the kitchen. I hope the necessary measures are taken to ensure such instances don't happen again.

The employee taking my order at drive thru was very rude. Was short, defensive. I asked for ketchup and he raised his voice and said they didn't have any and brought out an empty container. They are really close to Disney and get lots of tourists, no reason to be overtly rude.

Awful overheated food. Order was mixed up. Board was not.working and had trouble ordering. No dine in it is being renovated.

This McDonalds needs a lot of improvement, The employees and Manager don't care to look at the stand up line and don't listen when people have a complaint about an order wrong or that they didn't receive their order. Also the food came out soggy and semi cold. 2/10

They always ask you to wait in the curbside pickup, even when ordering in the drive thru, this is probably to inflate their wait scores but they are just lying to themselves and corporate.
