McDonald's

They're short staffed, but they'll take your order, and your money. I don't want to hold the line up, but I should have checked my order. Always check before you pull ahead. I tried to call to report I was missing 2 items, before realizing my double quarter was a single, drowning in mayonnaise, but the phone number connects to a fax machine so you can't complain. I went back through the line to be told I have to bring the food back with me, but as a special favor they'd make it again. They STILL forgot a sandwich. The guy said he's a general manager and has been working from 4am until 11. That's terrible. It's even worse that they're running this location so poorly when it seems they should just close. I'd rather go somewhere else than spend my day hoping to get what I paid for. UPDATE: call before you get into the drive through line because of theyve disabled their phone, you won't be happy with the service they're providing. Staff is often grumpy and short with customers. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Update: I visited the drive thru this week, and someone took my order without acting like they were gonna take my lunch money. Marked improvement.

This was drive-through so atmosphere doesn't really count. Food was exactly as expected, which is what we want from a restaurant like McD's. Drive through service was pretty speedy considering that there were 20 cars in line in two lanes. The people at the windows were nice and not sullen or openly hostile which I've been seeing lately. This is a good restaurant, operated by someone who knows what they're doing. I'll be back. Thanks team!

Placed a mobile order which means I paid ahead of time. I get there 30 min before close and sat there until it was closed and nobody helped me. I even saw people inside.

Order was taken and delivered quickly and efficiently, and the man at the drive through window was very polite and friendly and kept the line moving nicely.
