McDonald's

We all know McDonald's isn't exactly "creme of the crop" when it comes to healthy food. Yet, sometimes, we crave that greasy deliciousness. After numerous visits to this location over the years, I can honestly say it's one of the better locations within the greater Columbus area. Consistency it what sets this location apart. The level of service and speed makes it an attractive lunch option. Plus, the team/management knows how to value and treat customers with the kind of care that you'd get in a good friendship. Nice job, team!

Fish sandwich meal. The sandwich was perfect, but (M) french fries were undercooked and soft. The second time in a week (T, Th 1:15pm) the fries were raw & inedible. This is a continuing issue here over the last year. IDK, do FF baskets still need to be shaken up partway through cooking to separate the fries so they cook evenly? Is the cooking time too short - pulled too early, or the oil too cool when baskets are dropped? Fry guy is there one during lunch and dinner hours or just not trained?

The cleanest McDonald's I ever seen. The staff is super nice. I love it.
