Drive through might be fine but lobby service is terrible. Long wait for app orders. No one working the counter. Food sits then comes out cold. Tried a few times. Won't go back

I've held off sharing a review about this McDonald's but they suck so bad that I think Worcester could do better. Hey, McDonald's - get your act together or we'll throw you out and replace you with a Burger King.

It's McDonald's, so not much to write home about. The food and service at this location was good. No complaints.

They told me they don’t sell water which clearly isn’t true bad service all the time anyways
