I wasn't greeted by crew members on the 4:13 pm shift, also they showed a negative attitude. Definitely not coming back! I'm just getting of work having to wait 10 mins with an empty lobby and drive thru!

I went there for breakfast this morning and went to the drive-thru. I ordered two number ones and when the cashier asked me what I wanted to drink I asked if there was an up charge or extra charge if I wanted orange juice and the cashier said no. When the order came up on the screen, I saw a two dollar charge for orange juice. When I got to the cashiers window, she said it didn’t show an extra two dollars for orange juice on her screen but after she charge my card and the receipt printed that they clearly showed an up charge. she looked at me with a blank stare. I went to the next window for the food pick up as they had me the orange juice I said that the person who took the order said there wouldn’t be an up charge for the OJ. She was rude as was the manager who came to the window who ruly asked me. What did I want instead. I said I didn’t want anything else and he said well I’ll refund you for the orange juice but it’s gonna cost you more for your order. Couldn’t they just have told me there was an extra charge for orange juice? and did I have to be treated so rudely because I asked for clarification?
