Food is always good with Mcdonalds. But service can be terrible at times. When you order dine in, you get this little tent with a number on it so the employees can bring you the food you ordered, but instead of doing this they call out your number or name and expect you to walk up and get it. If this is a service we can use then it needs to be addressed that this is what should be done, instead of being lazy.
I have never in my life given a 1 star review. First of all the doors were locked at 530 in the evening. We could clearly see customers inside eating. We were told to use the drive thru. Then we go thru the drive thru and they tell us cash only. We only had our cards. We are now running around trying to find a place to eat close to the airport before a departure. Poor job all around.
I understand that work in the service industry is hard and that there is a problem with finding employees. But the hours on Google Maps, Apple Maps and posted on the door say you close at 11 PM. i have visited this location numerous times around 1030, 1045 and it’s closed. Compensate your employees appropriately so that they’ll keep the restaurant open, or change your hours.
It's McDonald's. App said location was closed so they hooked me up with the free fries I wanted from the app. That was cool.
