The manager refuses to listen and be helpful in any way. They give out wrong sandwiches and expect you to eat the cost. Terrible service.

This store refused service to my son and other teens because they are under 18. I guess they don't understand who their core clients are. Teens are who go to your place to eat.

Updated to add: "Julie" "store manager" and "the general manager of this store and 9 other locations", just yelled at me on the phone and attempted to argue with me on why I'm not allowed a refund. Extremely unprofessional and can't believe this is the person employed in this role at a number of locations. I've worked in the service industry myself for many years and I'm shocked to have been spoken to that way even when I attempted to diffuse the situation. Honestly traumatic to have been screamed at that way regarding a simple matter of business. I submitted customer feed back in the app and received an email this morning saying they've passed along my feedback and the store must issue the refund. The GM said we exchange food for money and if we were that unhappy we should've brought the food back in. It took three tries to get what we paid for. Even the the fries were so old they were rock hard. I exchanged my money for standard convienent fast food. I didn't even get edible fries? One of two of the bbq sauces were tampered with and inedible as well. Julie refused to issue refund and even refused to give her name unless I gave mine too, which I did willingly at the beginning of the call and again when she countered. Only then did she give me her name and proceeded to yell through the phone as I hung up. This is not how you treat customers especially ones that speak to you kindly and try to redirect your hostility. Very unprofessional and so sad to have spent money here. *** They NEVER give you sauce with your nuggets. And I mean never. Everytime we tell them, we have to insist on the fact that they're not in the bag, like they really try to argue that they're in there. You think think I wanted to come back through the drive through for no reason or to lie? They also NEVER seem to have pies available? Also, we always have to check our drinks before we drive off because 75% of the time, the syrup is out/low. Not to mention the fries and nuggets are made way ahead of time so you get stale food when you're supposed to be paying for something (mostly) fresh, fast, and hot. This location has employees that prioritize inappropriate personal conversions over providing even just mediocre customer service. What's the point of paying a livable wage for a minimum skill job when you can't even perform it adequately? Save your money, cook at home, or try a different location. This one is awful. If you HAVE to order from this store, be ready to advocate for yourself and make multiple trips back just to get what you paid for. Which is honestly more work and stress than just making your own food.
