Bad visit as the app wouldn't allow me to place an order. Tried four times and was told to order in person. The discount was lost due to the apps failure.
INCREDIBLE DINIG EXPERIENCE! They brought me the food to the table, asked if I needed anything else, and picked my tray. Of course I tipped the nice girl Betyna who was sooo nice. She did the same with other customers. Nice change! Im sure it will attract customers.
This is the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. First of all i was ignored waiting in line up front to use the bathroom after i ordered food. The women looked at me in the face and walked away like she didnt see me. Not once but 3 times… they ignore the front and only focus on drive thru wants you to place orders using the self place order one. I have cash, these people are so rude here to people who need to place orders on the front. When i got my food… the chicken sandwich i got burned my mouth bad. As soon as i bit into it all the hot oil burned my mouth, they didnt even let the chicken cook for the full amount of time the texture was disgusting. I work in fast food too this is not how you do it. I need my refund for my food burning my mouth. I asked for a refund on the two sandwiches that was covered in oil and undercooked. She said no.
