So first let me start off by saying the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when this one particular manager isn’t there the food, service and atmosphere seems to be so much better, the manager I’m speaking on is a short, Hispanic, sassy guy, but when he is there EVERYTHING is off! The order, the service, the atmosphere, & the drive through experience period. On 3/8/23 I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my kid, when we opened the box we got a blob of TARTER SAUCE! Yea you read it right! I was furious! This had to have been done on purpose. When I went back to confront the manager the unserious chuckles I got from him and his staff were horrible, they thought it was funny and all he could say was “ I’m sorry, the person before you ordered that” EXCUSE ME! He did nothing to help reassure me that it was an honest accident, he only refunded me because I told him to, I asked for his name and corporates number and he would not give it to me! I decided to pray about it, because he seemed spiteful. But I will NEVER forget that day. Now fast forward tonight, same thing, I ordered a happy meal and once I saw he was the manager on duty, I knew I wasn’t going to be happy, his energy brings everything down. Once I saw him laughing it up with his crew, lallygagging I knew my order was going to be messed with. And sure enough the apple slices were hot and flimsy , fries were soggy, and service was trash. This needs to be addressed! Maybe if he wasn’t focused on being besties with the staff they all could focus on what they’re serving the people. I know McDonald’s usually forgets things in the bag, but serving someone TARTER SAUCE , after the person I paid with did not say I would be getting served TARTER SAUCE! is out of pocket! I’m only giving it 2 stars because when he’s NOT there I never have a problem. Please address, RESPECTFULLY !

Nice comfortable atmosphere. Clean and decent service.

Place is fine and clean but the absolute worse service. The employees all kinda sit around giggling and chatting I waited over 25 minutes for drive thru for food and they seemed annoyed by me.
