I ordered 2 filet -o-fish sandwiches, stating that I didn't want the meals. I got 2 sandwiches that were missing cheese & tarter sauce. Why would I order a filet o fish if that's how I wanted it? I have frozen fish fillets at home, along with rolls and could make it myself. When I called, the manager was nice enough to offer me 2 free sandwiches. Also, you walk in and see 2 kiosks, which makes it seem very impersonal. This one still has people you can order from and pay in cash. Other McDonald's, you can only order from the kiosk and have to pay with debit or credit card.
