This MC Donald’s has some employees that don’t take their job serious. I had a terrible experience listening to the Spanish speakers talking so negative and disrespectful about me thinking I wouldn’t understand but Guess what I did. I always get my order wrong they either add eggs to my breakfast sandwich when asked with no egg they forget my items like the drink for my child’s kids meal like napkins and straws it’s always something honestly these bad employees make the good hard working employees look bad and make this restaurant have a terrible customer service experience and bad reviews… I would like corporate to pay attention to the rudeness and bad management of that particular restaurant. Hope my review helps! And last but not least pay close attention to your bill they also tend to over charge you or not give you back the correct change. RED FLAG‼️

The McDonald's "experience" is so awful nowadays that's hard to comprehend that at one it was a good place to eat and had excellence in service. The only reason I stop there now is for a coffee, soon I'll stop doing that because is almost 4 dollars not worth the hassle anymore.

Sloppy food preparation. Fries were cold, big Mac was atrocious

Edit. End of Feb 2024. They rebuilt the place. Burgers taste funny and the fries are still limp and under cooked. Got another round of coupons. Went again. Burgers still taste funny and fries are still limp. Never again! I don't know why I gave this place another try. The chicken was stringy, and as always, the fry's where limp. I have complained about this on multiple occasions (at this Vista location), got a free meal, and was still served limp fry's. Nobody at this location cares what customers think. I don't know why I try. Childhood memories I guess. Well I'm done this time. If you can't figure out how to cook a fry I won't be back.
