I had to order lunch menu items at 1030 in the morning for some reason. Not sure why at 1030 there was no breakfast option. I ordered two double cheese burgers. When I got them they were so full of grease it was dripping off them. I couldn't eat them they were so gross. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. It really seem s like the employees making the food don't care. They weren't even busy
Only 3 people working. 1cook, 1window person and manager who left the counter to help the cook, who was back up with orders. The window person was disgruntled because she was getting most of the backlash from the customers on the outside and inside. She was trying to stay calm, but I do not blame them but senior management. It was very discouraging to anyone in that situation.They should have closed the dining room and only done drive through. Plus shut down app orders, if the staffing is that poor. McDonald's is too greedy for money, and not appreciating all of their staff. If I were the manager my action would have been different. To create a better working atmosphere and efficiency in food orders. Parking: If drive-thru is long, there's difficult parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No problem
