This McDs is really clean and all our terms were freshly cooked and delivered to our table. A clean restaurant

Customer service is terrible. They forgot an item and when I called they just told me they'd "check the cameras"

A few items in my order were wrong. I asked for a medium sprite, they repeated it, and I ended up with a water.

The food is good as expected fast drive thru Cain people

The server must have been new she lacked skills in the area of customer service. Usually always get great service here. Food is hot and fresh.

So I placed an order on the app and I accidentally selected drive thru. I came in to get my order and was Directed to the GM Beth she was not happy and was not trying to help me she was yelling at me because I told her I had no car to go threw the drive threw. She said she would not give me my order unless I whent threw drive threw. She was yelling loud enough to Make everyone in the restaurant turn and look at us. After halayia and clifton helped me and they have better customer service then the GM does. Isn’t the GM supposed to set the example. I wish to never get helped by her again.
