Good personality

Service and food were good. Only complaint was their drink carriers for 3 cups of coffee. They only had very flimsy carriers that only held 2 cups and were almost too flimsy to keep vertical when place in a car seat, floorboard or any other surface.

We had a pretty big family order about a week ago at this location. It was misplaced that evening and our food was not warm when we received it. I replied to an email about my order and the next day they had called to say sorry and offer a chance to remake the order for free!! I took them up on their offer and must say not only were they polite about it, it was made super fast and was absolutely delicious. It's hard to rmbr but we're all human and things happen. I just appreciated them reaching out to fix it cause it was totally worth it!! Yay McDonald's

How are you guys charging full price and not filling up the cup? Is someone taking a drink before I get this? How does this happen and no one fixes the problem before it is handed to customers?
