McDonald's

I think they got a lot of rejects from lot industries working there because nobody knows what's going on your order is always wrong you gotta go back you're always gotta complain the lines are wrong only in the drive-through because there's no entrance you can't eat inside and you caught away 800 number and they act like they don't care and they got the 1 800 numbers is 1 800 tell us are we did but they don't I don't help so it is almost every McDonald's in the city of Toledo is like this I only go there when I'm desperate You get hooked on drugs hooked on alcohol and I think the world's coming to an end

Was here 2/24/24 Sat at the drive thru blowing horn and all pulled around u got a young boy and young girl at the window the mexican girl on her phone at the window and the boy putting away cups no one opens window they just laughing the manager big female comes to window say "ain't no one back there take yall order" we say no she say old up a minute never come back to the window yall need to get all new employees people were driving off 6:50 ended on going to Miracle Mile McDonald's several cars pulled off this night right along with me

Old fries, not cooked enough, Luke warm. Burger made correctly, no mustard. But, over did the ketchup.

I went to the drive through with a mobile order. I was told to pull forward to wait on my food that they had already handed me, I asked them if I could have my drink that was sitting on the counter. Chi Chi was very rude as she yelled to me this is a small not medium I told you to pull forward, as I was pulling up I heard her talking about me to the other employees. While waiting on my drink. I could hear the customer behind me telling her "you do not need to be rude to me, I just asked you a question." I feel if she can't leave her bad day at the door she doesn't need to be there. I will not return.

I am never going here ever again , after me and my family came to get food it tasted awful like cardboard , two days later everyone started throwing up and feeling sick to our stomachs , we can’t eat anything or drink anything now bc all we do is throw everything up , I don’t know if it was bad meat or something else idk but this has to change it is not ok!!!!!

Worst service today. I literally come here every morning at 745 am to get breakfast before work. For the 3rd time in 2wks i was given the wrong food. So i come by after work and talk to the manager. The girl who serves me every morning was there too, she knew i was there this morning....yet im told TOO BAD... no receipt i cant do anything for you...no sorry no nothing...i wanted to be a karen...but i just walked away. Ill take my business elsewhere. I get that my $60 a week is nothing to them....I will never go back there again....

The manager at the McDonald's a little short black lady is very rude service is always horrible
