Prices too high for a cheap cheeseburger

Usually good. Today I got a bag with some one else’s stuff. Some one ahead of me in line drove off w a ton of free food. Now I have a rule. If I choose to destroy my body with terrible food at least it’s food that I wanted. Shaaaaame McDonald’s drive through workers. Shaaame

While the food is typical McDonald’s fare, I don’t like the new system that’s in place. First I ordered a burger without cheese, my burger came with cheese. As busy as the employee are it took a few minutes to get the attention of someone to fix this. I also asked for ketchup at this point since it was not included with my order. I forgot to ask for napkins since none were provided with my order, at this time it was super busy so I had to wait till it was less busy to get help. The old way I can grab my own ketchup and napkins, now you have to ask someone , and when it’s busy that is rough. Please go back to allowing us to get our own things, including refills.

Took close to 7 min to even cash me out.Gave me the food tasting weird, not fresh and fries were cold. I thought McDonald’s had the best fries but wtv. Also the sprite? It’s not that hard to change out the sprite syrup containers for the soda machine, worst sprite from McDonald’s (this location.) Hope ur workers actually stop half fasting their literal JOB.

Decent customer service overall, but the outer drive thru isn't very responsive or they'll make you wait while the inner drive thru services 3 cars to their 1. I've had to just order at the first window twice now because they don't take your order. Strange.
