McDonald's

Wow paulean the morning manager is so rude and refused to help me. I work in health care and travel to the city once a month, my last order was messed up i call them immediately and he told me he would replace my item next time i was in town. Well paulean refesed to replace my item saying its been a month and won't give me free food. I would love a call back from corporate. Seriously people if you dont like your job find another because everyone can tell your missarable. McDonald's this pisses me off please call me.

How the hell do you have a promotional item then give people the complete opposite.

The only thing I have to say is if you are looking to receive your food promptly, because you came to a fast food establishment, go somewhere else. I unfortunately make the mistake of coming to this McDonald's often because it's the closest one, and every time I do I end up having to park at the mobile order curbside parking because apparently it takes 20 minutes to prepare a happy meal. On top of that, the brilliant people that work there can't ever get your order right.

The people taking your food order at the window don’t even know their menu, which is very difficult for you to order food when they don’t know how to put it in the system ‍♀️❌

Girl with the pink sweater working window gotta go. She isn't working for you. She's working for herself and whatever she's trying to get done. Didn't ask about the app. Surprised by that as you seem to be pushing it at all other locations. She acted like we were an inconvenience pulling up which I'm sure you don't want your customers feeling like that. We couldn't even get full sentences out of her. We pull up. "Goahead" we said what? she said "goahead" one word. Not 2. Then we order 2 oreo mcflurries. She said "pullup" one word. She opens the window and half hazardly gives us a total.... mumble.. I think she's on like muscle relaxers. She couldn't talk.

Mother's Day weekend last year, my drinks were thrown at me through the drive thru window because they were in some contest to serve people as fast as possible. Instead of apologizing they insisted it was because the drink carriers were flimsy. My hands hadn't even touched the carrier. Now they serve the drinks with 2 carriers rather then admit they messed up and were just in a hype to be in 1st place. Other than that incident they're pretty average. The fries are usually fresh, and if I do eat McDonald's this one is better than the one on 84th and Huron. FYI having to walk around looking like you peed your pants because someone wasn't paying attention is not cool, especially on Mother's Day.

I don't have anything memorable to say about this location, outside of the drive through experience. The drive through was fast and accurate.

It's a nice McDonald's.

All the tables are dirty. No cusromers in the restaurant. All employees are having a great time in the kitchen. It would be great if customers could be treated a bit nicer.
