Recent mobile order , forgot half my food and was charged for it . And milkshake machine was down and did not even try to make it right . Can not get through on the phone . Nuggets were cold and gross . Worst one I have ever been to . If I could give less then one star I would. This is why I don’t go here.

Absolutely ridiculous. Like others stated, they make you wait at the menu board forever! The cashier was very rude and condescending. The manager was actually very apologetic and made sure my order was correct. This location definitely needs more training on customer service.

The happy meal had black burnt pieces on the fries and nuggets i threw it away it smelled burnt....and this is what I got for a big Mac 🤷‍♀️ I went 2/24 10:30-10:45am

Horrible customer service, they make you sit at the ordering menu till you get tired of waiting and drive off, food always cold and everyone has an attitude

My mom went to get me and my family something to eat, everything went fine until we went into the take out window and they laughing at us because we were trying to fix the order and they started to cuss at my momma, I never going here again, don't nobody come here again because of these rude people and the manager needs to step up and fire them once and for all.

I decided to get McDonald’s for dinner when I ended up, waiting an hour and a half in line employees come outside to smoke, cigarettes, and yelling at paying customers telling us to go go find somewhere else to eat because there’s only two people in the building yet there’s two yelling and two smoking cigarettes they just don’t wanna work they’re lazy. McDonald has gone downhill in Thomasville Georgia. It is outrageous the customer service here.

The don’t take orders on purpose , they will let the line get to the road and still won’t take orders and if they do take orders your order will be wrong !
