The manager here is so damn rude. Service here is so slow and it's been more then 30 minutes waiting for my coffee.

Terrible service I place a mobile order and have to wait 10-15 minutes for my order always I’m beginning to dislike this place

I get the feeling they don't love when you use the spend $1 and get a medium fry for free. Ha

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes only to be told they’re cash only, then had to sit behind 4 cars because there’s no exit section from drive thru. Please put up a sign or something if you’re cash only so I don’t waste my time! Most ridiculous fast food experience I’ve had (especiallly considering what yall are charging for food lately)

Very polite and friendly staff

Constantly stops their ice cream machine at night purposefully. While still advertising it as available in their location on the app to probably not get in trouble with corporate. But now that allows charging customers for it who don’t know. And they did not compensate me for this charge, opting to just not give me anything. To top it off, they even forgot one of my other items I ordered. Scamming me even further.
