the management is so rude the food is always cold and burnt. i paid and waited 20 min inside and food was freezing cold. last time i came they told us “the store was closing” after we had just ordered, but didnt do it to any other person in the store who had ordered and/ or had been eating. the staff is rude, the food is cold dry burnt and gross. dont come to this mcdonalda

Automation is a killer to say the least. I know it is to be a FAST food restaurant, but lacks everything else. Enough said, food barely tasting. Communication with employees is terrible. They are robots to say the least. Leave very little to be desire or a place where one would visit often.

What place allows people to sit their butts on the counter they place food on... straight gross. O stars

Ordered on the app, $3.99 McMuffin and hash brown, got the deal with a large Diet Coke, $5.37 total . When I went into the store it showed a hash brown and large Diet Coke for me because the app messed up and the front counter lady said yeah you would pay $3.99 for a drink and hash brown, I said it was supposed to be a bundle, I paid $3.99 for JUST a hash brown and I offered to get my phone to show her my order, as I was headed out of the store to get my phone she yelled ADD IT UP! I did and I’m not paying $3.99 for a hash brown, incredibly rude! I know it was the app that messed up but can you try to be a little nice, the manager fixed it (frustrated that I was complaining and echoed the same thing the lady said about it being $3.99 total with a drink, which it wasn’t) I was told they don’t offer that bundle at this location, so it’s my fault that the app let me order it and wanted help fixing the situation. I wish the app gave a complete receipt for previous orders because that would’ve explained everything.
