The service sucked. The people behind the counter would rather be doing anything else than helping you! They're back there laughing and giggling while you're wondering where your order is. There was one person there who was serious and I believe that was the manager. And it seemed like she was having a hard time getting these people to do their job. Customer service is a thing of the past when it comes to McDonald's. I've complained a corporate a couple times and the most they can do is apologize and send you some free coupons. I'm not interested in that I'm interested and not waiting for 20 minutes in line until they decide to do their job.
