I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes before my order, I was trying to find in, tool to go through, in Keego Harbor Michigan.

Had a store manager who was very rude when I purchased a coffee and they put creamer in it when I am allergic to dairy when I returned for a refund on this the manger was extremely rude like I did something wrong very poor customer service at store 2211 on orchard lk rd

Manger at the night shift threatened us to call the police when we asked for the rest of the order. They told us that Manager would come out and talk to us and give us the rest of our order and then when they didn’t they told us we had to leave and if we wanted the rest of the order we had to call the police because they “knew what they gave us”. Terrible service and terrible management. We were respectful and kind when we asked her for the order and she was nothing but rude to us, acted like we were second class citizens. Will definitely not be coming back.

I dont understand why my order is always messed up.

Terrible service. We ordered 40 chicken nuggets to make chickens with cheese, two large fries and a cheeseburger. We didn’t even get half of our order and when we asked where the rest of it was, we were told to “call the police because they knew what they gave us “. No receipt was given, and management told us that they were going to come out and talk to us. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to talk to somebody and nobody came out. Then we went back around through the drive-through, and they refused to serve us. I can’t believe the service was terrible and I will definitely be calling corporate.

terrible. we ordered a 40 piece nugget to Fry’s two McChicken’s with cheese, and one cheese burger. they gave us not even half of our order and when we asked for the rest they told us to “call the police because they knew what they gave us”. terrible service and terrible management.
