This McDonald’s gave me the worst experience I ever had in life! First I should have walked out because it smelled of horse manure! But I wanted those fries had my kids! We waited for 10 minutes for the young come out and say “lobby closed”! I said well since we r here would you honor our order. He said lobby closed and my manager “standing on it”!!! We just walked out ! They were in the back being as hood as if we were standing in hood! Several associates kept walking by!
The best thing McDonald's corporation could have done was bring back the steak, egg and cheese bagels and they FINALLY did! It was a little under-seasoned but it was fresh; especially the bagel which is a must! I even downloaded the app because I KNOW I'll be going back to squeeze this into my cheat day once a week! Otherwise, I really don't deal with McDonald's like that. The frappe machine is either broke or non-existent at some locations and service is meh. The off chance that you get fresh fries and quarter pounder with cheese is waaaaayyy too big of a risk for me. I'll see y'all at breakfast until McDonald's does something else stupid like take this item off the menu again.

A busy place but the staff was working hard. Felt a little out of control but workers were courteous.
The never put all you food in the bag never answer the phone

The experience was awful, customer service at counter wasn't very friendly at all. The bathroom twice back to back horrible a heap of paper towels in toilet one day next day the lid of a drink. trash over flowing. Clearly manager can't manage crew, you got to do better.
