i would love to see the hiring process messed up my order once i never went back just took the loss today just went ordered a big mac three dollar bundle and nuggets got charged for it all but only got a big mac and mcchicken has to be filled with idiots i got my honey mustard i had to pay for though has to be the worst mcdonalds on staten island

This place is disgusting. The staff is always extremely rude or clearly do not want to work there. Extremely toxic environment for a staff. Terrible management and mangers/supervisors. How could they let this come out of the window. My children's nuggets were inedible the fries smelled like smoke. The place clearly had some issues. Nothing besides this review would change anything, anyway. It's been like this for years. UPDATE 3/13/24 Ordered 2 cheeseburgers no pickles add mayo... Lol got extra pickles only mayo? Seriously it's my fault for coming back

Waited more than 20 mins for a happy meal and a sandwich. Won’t be coming back.

I'm not a big McD customer, maybe only get it twice a year. So it being the season (lent no meat on Fridays) for the fish sandwich I gave in to the tv commercial. I'm not a fan of the pick up window, so I ordered inside. I do like the touch screen menu option ( but the hand sanitizer was empty, and also the printer). Less paper is good, but remember your order number. At 2 for $6 it's not bad, but you have to look for the specials on the menu. 1 for me was not enough (I'm sure calorie wise it was ), and I was sharing (with 3 people). So 2 orders of fish (I split one sandwich), and 3 small fries..spent over a little over $20. My sandwich was gone in 3 bites, the small fries also vanished quickly. Portion size has decreased, maybe for the better. Everything (food & drink-wise) in moderation people (and then 2 hours on the spin bike... ). Parking: Lot fills up fast during busy hours. The spaces are kind of small, and the entrance lane is the same as the drive-thru (so while you are trying to park, someone else is trying to get past). You can find more parking in the adjoining lots.

Another terrible place that doesn't deserve your attention. Here you will experience the very bottom of the service and get a bonus from the dissatisfied faces of the staff

My biggest issue with this place is the long wait and the constant incomplete orders. Something is always missing from our order.
