By far one of the worst mc Donald's in Staten island nothing but kids working behind the register talking about their lives do your job they don't cater to you in the drive thru or inside it's honestly sad how is the staff over packed and yet still not doing their jobs I do DD and my order would be ready but they have it sitting there and me waiting for 20+mins please get better staff or just shut down this one please and don't get me started with the kids across the lot in new dorp making mc Donald's the hang out spot ridiculous food cold order wrong cheap with sauce over it

Horrible experience. Line out the door… people waiting and yelling when they get their incomplete orders. Will avoid this place like the plague!

Went inside due to long lines outside it took 35 minutes to get my $40 food order I will never go there again.

It wasn't good they forget half the order there's no french fries and they just try to rush you through and the order is always wrong and to go back and fix it when you show them the receipt is very uncomfortable and you almost feel like you're begging just to get your money back or food and then they have the nerve to ask you how come you didn't come sooner because McDonald's ain't good for you I'm not eating this every day

Cashier's at this branch are always not at station. I went to this branch around 8.30 am. I waited for long time and some customers walk away . I complained to one cashier who was not on uniform. I asked for a manager but she told me she was busy. She walked to the back but grabbed her back and walked out from restaurant. There was a new customer wait for a cashier to take order but still no one took her order.

I stopped off at McDonald's first time in a long while. Never really liked the food but went there for a friend. I hated ordering through a terminal. Would rather give my order to a human being. With all the on line preorders I waited almost 20 min for two burgers near cashier where pickup service felt chaotic. Won't see me again for a long time. I will say this much. The place itself was clean and didn't smell like grease.
